Jason Mraz
In 2011, Jason Mraz, a friend of Bushwalla and Dawn Mitschele, agreed to do a house concert with us. We invited him by explaining our mission and goals and as someone who values community, he accepted our invitation. Jason is a leader of this community, connecting people through his concerts, regardless of whether in front of 50 or in front 20.000 people.
Jason’s shows are filled with catchy tunes, originating from his older, as well as his newer albums. He emits a lot of energy on stage and involves the audience with both sing-a-longs, as well as by taking requests. Having played a lot of coffeehouse concerts years ago, he is completely comfortable playing solo acoustic shows. The fact that he has a large backing band at his bigger concerts shows that he truly is a man of many talents.
